2 oz Breckenridge Honey Whiskey
1 oz Goldswarm Honey simple syrup*
1 oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz jalapeno-white balsamic vinegar
Pinch of sea salt
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice.
Garnish: Sugar honey glass with dehydrated flowers.
*Honey-apple syrup: over medium heat, add 1 cup apple juice, 4 oz Goldswarm Honey, and 4 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolve. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.

1 oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz Goldswarm Honey simple*
6-one-inch cubes of fresh sliced watermelon
Muddle watermelon cubes, honey simple, and lemon juice into a shaking tin. Add ice and Breckenridge Honey Whiskey. Shake and double strain over ice.
Garnish: Slice of watermelon

2 oz lemonade

*Chamomile tea syrup: Bring 2 cups water to a rolling boil. Add 3 chamomile tea sachets for 8 minutes. Press and remove tea sachets. Add 12 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.

In a Julep cup, add 6 mint leaves and orgeat. Muddle gently. Add 2/3 cup crushed ice. Stir to incorporate. Add Breckenridge Honey Whiskey and more crushed ice. Stir to incorporate bringing up muddled mint. Top with more crushed ice.
