1. Breckenridge Cognac Cask Finish Whiskey + Colorful Colorado Cocktail
A refined Mother’s Day Whiskey gift
Breckenridge Distillery is excited to announce the national release of Cognac Cask Finish: an expression of Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey aged in French wine barrels for over two years resulting in a unique dram – first introduced in Series 2 of Collectors Art Series in 2022. Breckenridge Cognac Cask Finish is now available online and available locally in CO, CA, NY, FL, NJ, and CT stores.
Colorful Colorado
2 oz Breckenridge Cognac Cask Finish Whiskey
¼ oz lemon juice
2 tsp honey
3 peach slices (skin peeled)
4 mint leaves
*Add more honey or citrus to your taste.
Muddle peach slices in a shaker or other vessel, add mint, honey, lemon juice, Breckenridge Cognac Finished Whiskey and ice. Shake and stain over ice.
Garnish: mint bouquet, peach slice and edible flower.
2. PX Sherry Cask Finish + Breckenridge 1859’r Cocktail
A dessert-inspired Whiskey for Mom
From the Andalusia province of Spain, a luscious dessert wine is produced from the shriveled raisins of the Pedro Ximenez (PX) grape. This highly viscous, syrupy, wine is aged in ancient solera barrels for decades before release. We acquired a selection of retired PX barrels from a solera hundreds of years old and filled them with our rich and spicy Bourbon Whiskey. Left to bask in these ripe, fruity vessels, our Whiskey emerged with complex layers of fig compote, orange marmalade, and licorice to complement the sweet oak and vanilla character of our world-renowned Bourbon Whiskey – making this a standout Mother’s Day whiskey gift.

2 oz Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish (Buy Now)
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey simple*
1/2 oz Chateau Laribotte Sauternes
Top with Prosecco
Shake top 3 ingredients with ice. Strain up, add Chateau Laribotte and Prosecco.
Garnish: gold mint
*Honey Simple Syrup: over low-med heat add 1 cup water, 4 oz honey, 4 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.

1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
1-1/2 oz Yuzu basil syrup*
¾ oz fresh lime juice
Topo Chico
Shake top 3 ingredients with ice. Strain and add pebble ice. Top with Topo Chico.
Garnish: Kinome Leaf
*Yuzu Basil Simple Syrup: over low-med head, add 1 bottle (750 ml Yuzu juice), 3 cups sugar and 4 ozs basil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Muddle basil, let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.

Breckenridge Bourbon is one of the most highly awarded craft bourbons in the market and for good reason. Our award-winning, high-rye Bourbon Whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years, in charred, new American oak barrels, and blended to reveal the unique qualities of the Bourbon Whiskey. Deep, honey-amber hue with pronounced aromas of butterscotch, candied orange and apple; dry cacao and brown sugar envelop the tongue as the spirit lingers with notes of vanilla and white pepper.

1.5 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey (Buy Now)
1 oz pineapple, blackberry, balsamic syrup*
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Vigorously shake all ingredients with no ice for 30 seconds. Add a large cube and shake for 30 seconds. Double strain over ube (purple yam) ice.*
Garnish: blackberries
*Pineapple, blackberry, balsamic simple syrup: over low-med heat, add 1 cup pineapple juice, 6 oz sugar, and 1 tbsp blackberry balsamic. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
*Ube ice: mix 1 tbsp of ube extract with water. Place in freezer in a secure tilted glass position.

*Apple and pear allspice mix: over medium heat add 8 oz sugar, 16 oz apple cider, 16 oz pear juice, 2 oz muddled allspice berries, 4 oz vanilla bean paste, 4 oz calvados. Stir to combine and let simmer until sugar is dissolved. Do Not Boil. Strain and let cool.
