You’ll Float Too
1 oz Breckenridge Chili Chile Vodka
3 oz fresh lemonade
1 scoop lemon sherbet
Top with soda
Rim glass with red honey. Build ingredients in glass over ice. Stir to incorporate.
JACK-O-LATTE
Jack-O-Latte
1-1/2 oz Brown Butter washed Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey*
2 oz chai tea latte
4 oz Pumpkin Spice almond milk
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice.
Garnish: Pumpkin whipped cream and pumpkin doughnut holes.
*Brown Butter Washed Pumpkin Spiced Whiskey: On low-medium heat, melt one stick of butter into a skillet. Add 3 table spoons of pure pumpkin filling. Stir to incorporate until the butter and pumpkin get a nutty pumpkin aroma. Pour the mix over one bottle of Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey in a heat safe container. Place in freezer for 8 hours. Strain out the solids & bottle.

Boo-52 Sipper
1-1/4 oz cold brew and coffee liqueur, equal parts mixed.
1 oz pumpkin spiced cream liqueur
¾ oz Breckenridge High Proof
Layer in order. If you choose to ignite, blow out flame before sipping.

1 oz Breckenridge Pear Vodka
1 oz melon liqueur
¾ oz lemon juice
½ barspoon vanilla bean paste
Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain and serve up.

1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Vodka infused with Blackberry Cobbler Candy Corn*
1/2 oz Créme de Cacao
3 oz apple juice
8 blackberries
Muddle blackberries, add top three ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain and serve up over stretched melted marshmellow*
*Breckenridge Vodka infused with Blackberry Cobbler Candy Corn. Add one bottle Breckenridge Vodka and 6oz blackberry cobbler candy corn into a glass sealed container. Shale occasionally for a few hours. Strain, bottle, and refrigerate.
*Stretched marshmallow. Microwave 5 large marshmallows for around 20 seconds. Using food grade gloves, grab the puffed up marshmallow melt and rub hands together. Pull apart and place over vessel coupe glass.

2 oz Breckenridge Gin
¼ oz dry vermouth
Stir ingredients with ice. Strain and serve up.
Garnish: Spicy garlic clove skewers

2 oz Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish
¾ oz Coke/ghost pepper salt syrup*
3/4 oz lime juice
Top with ginger ale
Shake top 3 ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over pebble ice. Top with ginger ale.
Garnish: Mini Eggo waffle/drizzle of Coke/ghost pepper salt syrup.
*Coke/Ghost Pepper Salt Syrup. over medium heat, add 1 can (12 oz Coca-Cola), 6 oz brown sugar and 1 tbsp ghost pepper salt. Stir until dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
BOO-ZY AT NIGHT

¾ oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz white chocolate liqueur
1 oz milk or almond milk
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain up into a honey dipped black sesame sugar rim.

2 oz Breckenridge Gin
1 oz honey simple syrup*
3/4 oz lime juice
¾ oz green tea
Light-up ice cubes
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve over light-up ice cubes.
*Honey Simple Syrup. Over medium heat, add 1 cup water, 4 oz, honey and 4 oz sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
APOCALYPSE PUNCH
Apocalypse Punch
**Approx. 20 servings. Based on 6oz punch glasses.
1 bottle (750ml) Breckenridge Gin
90 oz raspberry/cranberry juice
16 oz lemon zinger tea
10 oz rosemary simple syrup*
Add all ingredients to a punch bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish: citrus wheels
*Rosemary Simple Syrup: over medium heat, add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 5 rosemary sprigs. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat, let cool, strain and refrigerate.
DEATHLY HALLOWS
2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz vanilla bean syrup*
3 oz unfiltered apple cider
1 oz cranberry juice
Shake top 4 ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice.
Garnish:cranberries
*Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup: over medium heat add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 1 oz vanilla bean paste. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool and refrigerate.
ROCKIN’ IN THE GRAVEYARD

1 oz Breckenridge Vodka
1 oz Creme de Violette
1-1/2 oz lemonade
Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve up or over ice with purple candied rim.

2 oz Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish
1 oz Cherry, blackberry, red wine vinegar shrub*
3/4oz fresh lime juice
3 dashes cranberry bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and top with pebble ice.
Garnish: Black coral tuille
*cherry, blackberry shrub. Over low-medium heat, add, 4 cups water, 1 cup dark cherries, 1 cub blackberries, 1-1/2 cup raw sugar and 2 oz red wine vinegar. Muddle and stir ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
MONSTER SMASH

2 oz Breckenridge Vodka
3/4 oz huckleberry/grape shrub*
2 lemon wheels cut into quarters
4 mint leaves
Shake all ingredients with ice. Pour over crushed ice.
Garnish: Monster Peep and mint bouquet
*Huckleberry Shrub: over medium heat add 8 oz water, 4 oz Huckleberry Jam, 4 oz muddled grapes, 5 oz sugar, 1/2 oz cider vinegar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.

2 oz Breckenridge Gin
1/4 bar spoon of black pearl dust
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz star anise syrup*
Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve up.
*Anise Syrup: over medium heat, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add 5 star anise, cover, and let rest for 5 hours.
BEDLAM AND BROOMSTICKS

2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
1/4 oz Breckenridge Bitter
1/2 oz Broken Compass Coconut Porter simple syrup*
Top with unfiltered apple cider
Stir with ice.
Garnish: orange peel heavily zested and mini broomstick.
*Broken Compass Coconut Simple Syrup: over medium heat add 8 oz Coconut Porter and 6 oz sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
CABIN IN THE WOODS

1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz apple cider
3/4 oz fresh Lemon juice
3/4 oz orgeat
Shake ingredients with ice and pour over ice. Try it smoked with applewood!
Garnish: toasted pumpkin seeds

2 1/2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz passion fruit syrup
1/2 oz Falernum
Shake all ingredients. Serve over pebble ice.

1 oz Breckenridge Gin
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Spritz of Absinthe
Smoked applewood bubble
THE DAY WALKER
The Day Walker
2 oz Breckenridge Pear Vodka
1 oz blood orange juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 dashes of cranberry bitters
Top with soda and blood bubbles
Shake first 5 ingredients with ice. Serve over ice and top with soda water.
How to make the blood bubbles:
400 ml water
4 bar spoons of salt
3 grams of lecithin powder
12 drops of red food coloring
Stir ingredients. Use an aquarium filter to create the bubbles.

1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz tart cherry juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 Egg white (optional)

Shake top six ingredients with ice. Double strain up. Slowly add cold soda.
